  2. Remaining silent and diverting the minds to some activity either physical or mental helps with de-conditioning the wounded mindset. Remember, it is impossible to brush the feelings and it is seated deeply which requires to find a ways to adapt the changes. Learn to face the problems than to escape unfortunately some misunderstand and try to make sense, depending on the objects and call it a potential living. We are letting our minds to be preoccupied in the virtual world and away from inner engineering.
