Exactly so. I often ask myself this question: “How do I know when separate-self’s telling me a story about my experiences? Particularly concerning any “insight” that drop in. I haven’t reached any conclusions, but I can see it’s a problem. A very subtle, but hard impacting problem. Love this post.
