The Human Family Crash Course Series {10} ~ Angels {3} ~ How To Work With Angels

Welcome fellow souls to «The Human Family Crash Course Series», a project collaborated by empress2inspire.blog and dios-raw.com. Together we will be working on a different topic for each crash course; our tenth topic is focused on «Angels». Each topic will have eight posts with posts on Mondays and Thursdays. We hope you enjoy our series and we look forward to knowing how our posts have inspired you!

“Some of the most beautiful things worth having in your life come wrapped in a crown of thorns.” ~ Shannon L. Alder

“For truly we are all angels temporarily hiding as humans.” ~ Brian Weiss

How do we work with our angels?

Whatever religion you follow or spiritual path you resonate with, you likely have spiritual guides sending you messages and omens. There are many kinds of guides, but guardian angels are the ones assigned solely to you. They guide you throughout your human mission and are thought to fill your world with helpful signals to aid you on your soul path whilst navigating this existence. It’s up to you whether you see these signals as divine guidance or not; it’s upto us to notice these symbols and signs.

For example, feathers are considered to be one of the angels’ favourite signs to leave on earth. You can choose to believe that the feather you saw on the sidewalk fell from a bird flying by, or you can trust that it’s some kind of sign that your angel is watching you and everything will be okay. When we acknowledge signs from our guardian angels, we encourage them to send more and open up the lines of communication betwixt the physical world and the divine, spiritual world overlapping this realm.

Here are five ways to communicate with your guardian angels every day:

~Pay attention to intense emotions or physical sensations you feel randomly. A physical sign might be getting goose bumps or feeling a slight breeze brush past you.  Emotionally, some people feel an experience of overwhelming love and support wash over them, they sense a presence.

~Sounds. Hearing a buzzing in your ear can be a sign that angels are trying to connect with you. Start to notice when this happens and see if you can find a pattern that occurs. Does it always happen at a certain time of day? Does it happen when you’re stressed? Does it happen when you’re in a dark place? It could be your angels reminding you to calm down. {Keep in mind that if this buzzing persists for hours, though, it could be a medical issue.}

~Show gratitude for lovely smells that arrive out of the blue. If you experience an unexpectedly beautiful smell and can’t figure out where it is coming from, then perhaps an angel has dropped by to uplift your day.

~Don’t dismiss unexpected tastes of sweetness in your mouth. The taste of sweet nectar in the mouth is a wonderful sign that your energetic vibration is heightened, especially during meditation. The higher our vibration, the easier it becomes to connect with angels.

~Envision angels in your mind’s eye. While many people struggle to see angels with their physical eyes, they find it easier to see them with their inner eye, or third-eye chakra. The key to seeing angels with your inner eye is to relax, stop trying so hard, and be open to whatever comes your way, let it be and don’t be afraid to ask for what you need.

How can you work with guardian angels?

There are a variety of practices that can help you tune into who your angels. You can ask for their names to come through during a meditation session and journal what comes to mind, write to your angels asking them to send you a sign of their identity, or pay close attention to the music that you hear to see if any clues come up in the lyrics that resonate with you and your human experience.

It is upto us to witness and observe the magic all around us, it is just waiting for us to discover and delight in. You’re never alone, you have a team behind you that you may not see, but seeing isn’t the whole vision.

Let us know below how you connect with your angels.

~Viveka~

Viveka is a Sanskrit term that can be translated as “right understanding,” “discrimination” or “discrimination knowledge.” It is one of the four attributes of a spiritual disciple. It is the ability to differentiate between the real and unreal, eternal and temporary, Self and non-Self, pleasure and bliss. It is a spiritual practice of realizing the Truth and the Soul.

Psychology Phenomena {42} ~ The Ringelmann Effect

The Ringelmann effect is the tendency for individual members of a group to become increasingly less productive as the size of their group increases. This effect, discovered by French agricultural engineer Maximilien Ringelmann (1861–1931), illustrates the inverse relationship that exists between the size of a group and the magnitude of group members’ individual contribution to the completion of a task. While studying the relationship between process loss (i.e., reductions in performance effectiveness or efficiency) and group productivity, Ringelmann (1913) found that having group members work together on a task (e.g., pulling a rope) actually results in significantly less effort than when individual members are acting alone. Ringelmann discovered that as more and more people are added to a group, the group often becomes increasingly inefficient, ultimately violating the notion that group effort and team participation reliably leads to increased effort on behalf of the members.
