The Human Family Crash Course Series {7} ~ Magic {7} ~ Magic In Hollywood & Mainstream Media

The holly tree was used by Druids who were known for being priests and also wizards. The character of Merlin in the legend of King Arthur was a Druid wizard and he used a wand made of holly wood. Hollywood movies are forms of sorcery using psychology, subliminal messages, and manifestation through what is called “lesser magic” and bewitchment.

Movies pushed what was acceptable with each passing year and immorality was blatantly promoted in many films. Movies have depicted every sin imaginable, is this really a great valuable sentiment to aspire to?

Beside the blatant perversion displayed in many films, all Hollywood films have the same source: they come from a movie system called Hollywood. Holly wood is a substance used by the Druids of ancient England. Ancient druids cut branches from holly trees which they fashioned into magic wands used for casting spells.

This spell-casting with magic wands continues to this day in the form of Hollywood movies (as well as in its original form as a wand). It can be proven that nearly all Hollywood movies have subliminal messages, occultic references, and hidden Masonic / Illuminati symbolism throughout. Square and compass symbols, all-seeing-eye symbols, the number 33, the number 666, pentagrams (upside-down, five-pointed stars), satanic symbols, satanic “as-above-so-below” symbols, and other symbols occur in numerous scenes throughout most Hollywood movies and TV shows. Some are more blatant, while others are more subtle.

As human beings we operate on varying brain wave functions which are alpha, beta, delta, and theta. Our normal resting state is that of beta, this is where we are going about our daily lives with a certain level of awareness and alertness. This is important when we talk of both the conscious and subconscious minds. Imagine the conscious mind as the firewall for your computer, filtering information as it comes in and protecting your PC from anything negative or viruses. Your subconscious mind literally cannot think for itself, however if anything gets through and reaches the subconscious it will just react on that information, whatever gets through becomes ideas, viewpoints, and opinions about the world, it becomes our very belief systems. So the conscious mind is extremely important in filtering what comes through to the subconscious. For example you are reading this now so your mind is operating at a normal resting ‘beta’ rate, and your conscious mind is taking in all the information and discerning whether or not it is true, it then either allows (or doesn’t) the information through to your subconscious. If this information being handed out by the media is allowed through to the subconscious this will play out in the real world as new opinions, ideas etc. Now what happens when you watch TV is that the actual frequency the television omits literally changes your brainwave pattern from beta to a much more suggestible alpha state. This is almost like a hypnotic trance state, where your conscious mind (firewall) has now been sufficiently relaxed and lowered, almost like being ‘off guard’ which now totally exposes the subconscious mind to the information coming from the television. This is why when you look at people when they are watching TV they actually look like they are in a trance, because mentally that is what is going on.

What happens when they have you in that hypnotic state? The elites hit you with all the advertisements, subliminals, and propaganda, telling you that you need to buy things you don’t need, telling you what junk food to eat, how to act, look, and think. You are literally being programmed, and that’s why after all they are called TV programs. Telling a lie to your vision repeating the same thing day after day, week after week, year after year. Your subconscious mind is being bombarded when your guard is down. Billions of pounds a year are made from companies advertising on TV, and many billions across the planet get hypnotized to beLIEve (there it is again in the very word) state propaganda to gain support for yet another bombing campaign in some far away oil rich land..

~Breath Of Fire~

Breath of fire is a type of pranayama used in Kundalini yoga. Also called fast breathing, the purpose is to increase prana in the body.

In breath of fire, the rate of respiration is increased to roughly 100 to 120 breaths per minute, but these are not short, shallow breaths. Instead, the inhalations and exhalations are deep and of equal length.

To begin, take an easy seated position such as padmasana (lotus pose) or vajrasana (thunderbolt pose). After a few minutes, the body and breath will settle into a naturally relaxed state. This is known as quiet breathing. To begin fast breathing, the speed of quiet breathing is increased by deeply inhaling and exhaling fully through the nose or mouth. During the inhale, the diaphragm is pushed out and pulled during the exhale. Fast breathing requires quick movements of the diaphragm which is controlled by the abdominal and chest muscles. Beginners should start with 60 complete breaths per minute, building up to more than 100 breaths per minute.

In ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia, Greece, and Rome, practitioners of magic exploited symbolic words, images, and rituals to achieve desired outcomes through supernatural means. Using magical acts, they attempted to control supernatural powers— gods, demons, spirits, or ghosts—to accomplish something beyond the scope of human capabilities. Here’s an attempt to understand the ancient magic practices and what they signified.

Spells

In ancient “binding magic,” it was all about the spells. Unlike modern-day magical phrases like, say, “bippity boppity boo,” practitioners of magic in ancient Greek and Rome used spells to “bind” people up to different outcomes in sporting events, business, and personal affairs related to love and even revenge. Binding spells had known formulas and named involved parties, like gods and people, and then connected them to actions or results. You could use a binding spell to invoke an upcoming athletic victory or ensure your happy marriage to a new partner—and to do so, you’d use powerful strings of words passed on by magicians or ordinary people.

Curses

One of the more charmingly bitter traditions of ancient Greece and Rome were “curse tablets”—spells written on lead, wax or stone that laid out the ways in which people had been wronged. Think of curse tablets as the takedowns of the ancient world: If someone disrespected or harmed you, you could head to your local magician and pay to curse them. People cursed people who hurt their family members, but they also cursed them when they committed crimes or even entered into court cases against them. Large caches of curse tablets have been found in Roman digs in the modern-day United Kingdom.

Voodoo Dolls

Of course, if someone dissed you, you also had the option of creating a tiny effigy to do harm to. Though sometimes compared to modern-day voodoo dolls, scholars still aren’t entirely sure what the tiny figurines used in binding magic in ancient Greece and Rome were for. What they do know is that the word “binding” was taken literally when it comes to these figures: They have been found in tiny coffins with bound hands and feet or mutilated bodies and seem to have been molded along with binding spells.

Divination

Just as today, the future was a source of concern in antiquity. This anxiety was mitigated by the use of a number of divinatory practices, including consultation with seers, oracles, and other specialists in predicting the future and interpreting signs and omens. In ancient Rome, astrologers, who read the movements of stars and constellations to determine the destiny of individuals, were commonly grouped with magicians as magical practitioners. Their power, derived from knowledge of the future, rendered them dangerous, with the result that they were frequently expelled from Rome throughout antiquity. In most societies from the ancient Mediterranean whose laws survive, offensive magic such as placing a curse was regarded as a crime. However, the legality of various divinatory practices changed according to time and culture.

Afterlife

Magic was a resource frequently used not just during life, but also after death. Many funerary practices incorporated magical elements. This was particularly the case in Egypt, where the intricate rituals of mummification ensured preservation of the body and soul for the afterlife. The placement of amulets over certain body parts during mummification and the preservation of organs in canopic jars protected the body for new life after death. The Egyptian Book of the Dead details these rituals, compiling spells that were painted or inscribed in the tomb and aided in achieving the ultimate restoration of life to the soul of the deceased. Similarly, mystery cults in ancient Greece and Rome had their own secret rituals that ensured an afterlife for their practitioners.
